Executive Committee
Fondation RTE is administered by an Executive Committee made
up of 13 members: 6 individuals selected due to their expertise
or their involvement in the Foundation’s spheres of
action and 7 people representing the Founder (RTE). It is
chaired by Dominique MAILLARD, president of the RTE Board
and Fondation RTE.
The Executive Committee defines the Foundation’s general
policy. It decides what money to allocate where, ensures that
the selected projects are implemented correctly and audits
the accounts. It meets twice a year.
The Selection Committee
The selection committee comprises
- 12 RTE employees representing the company’s various
body’s, national and regional, and the various professional
skills that allow the Foundation to look at each project
from different angles
- And the members of the Executive Committee or their representatives.
It is chaired by Michel DERDEVET, RTE’s Director of
Communication and Public Affairs and a member of the Fondation
RTE Executive Committee.
It meets around once a quarter, at the request of the Executive
Committee, to select the projects and allocate financial assistance.

The operational team
A reduced team is in charge of accepting, studying and monitoring
projects together with the regional correspondents and employees
of RTE, projects sponsors.
It is supported by volunteer instructors, retired employees of RTE.
Frédérique Rimbaud is its general delegate.
